CFC Corporate Hospitality and Events Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
CFC – means the Carlton Football Club.
‘Client’ or ‘you’ – the individual or entity making the purchase.
2. Prices & Payment
2.1 Each booking that you submit will constitute a separate agreement between you and CFC on the terms set out in
these terms and conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the contents
of any booking form or verbal arrangements, these terms and conditions will prevail.
2.2 The $1,000 per person deposit is non-refundable to the Client. No tickets, boarding passes etc., will be released
to the Client until full payment for the tour package has been receipted by CFC. Due dates will be confirmed once
final details and dates of the trip have been confirmed.
The tour’s flight details (dates and times) will be confirmed with all clients travelling closer to the event date. There is no
ability for clients to individually request a change to the date or time of the flights and transfers.
2.3 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment via the CFC website must be made by credit card and will
incur a surcharge of 0.88% for Visa/Mastercard. Payment by AMEX will incur a 1.92% surcharge and is only available
via phone payment.
2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a successful
charge of the purchase price to be completed. You will be unable to complete your purchase if the payment declines.
2.5 CFC reserves the right to refuse a Client’s booking request if, at the time of the booking request, any amount
remains owing by the Client to CFC from a prior booking.
3. Cancellation(s) and Refunds
3.1 CFC (in its absolute discretion) may cancel or alter all or part of an event or product delivery without notice,
including in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond CFC’s control. CFC will use its best endeavours to provide
notice to you of any such alteration or cancellation and to reschedule any event that is cancelled. Notwithstanding, you
acknowledge that:
3.1.1 the price of all products are determined by specific event dates and venues; and
3.1.2 If the cost of the rescheduled event materially increases, CFC may in its absolute discretion provide a revised
quote for the booking, payment of which is required for the purposes of guaranteeing your tickets for the rescheduled
event.
3.2 All events are quoted based on specific details and dates. In the case of rescheduling the booking may need to be
re-quoted in part/full.
3.3 CFC will not issue any refunds for any cancellations made by the Client within fourteen (14) days of the
event/function occurring.
3.4 Any costs, expenses or disbursements incurred by CFC in the maintenance of the Client’s account, including
finance charges relating to dishonoured payments, debt collection agency fees and legal costs arising will be borne by
the Client.
4. Tickets
4.1 For events that require a barcoded ticket, CFC will send the Client tickets via email once payment has been
received. If the Client has not received tickets within three (3) days of the relevant event, please contact the CFC
sales team.
4.2 Tickets or corporate assets purchased may not, without prior written authorisation of CFC, be sold at a premium,
exchanged for goods/services or be used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including
competitions or trade promotions). If CFC ticketing or assets are dealt with by the Client in breach of these conditions,
they will be void and will not entitle the holder to admission to the relevant event/function.
4.3 Limits on the number of tickets/products that can be purchased may apply at the discretion of CFC. If the Client
exceeds such limit without the prior approval of CFC, any or all of the Client’s orders may be cancelled without notice
by CFC in its discretion, including any orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit
card number or other identifying information.
4.4 CFC reserves the right not to refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor replace tickets that may
have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as required by law.
5. Conditions of Booking & Entry
5.1 Many CFC events and products are delivered at facilities owned and managed by third parties. CFC enters into
agreements with such parties to host events/products sold by CFC. The Client acknowledges and accepts that the
terms and conditions set by such third parties apply to the Client (and any guests of the Client) when attending such
events and functions.
5.2 Where a CFC event or product is delivered at a facility owned and/or managed by any third party, other than as
provided by law, CFC will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client (or any guest of the Client) in
respect of your participation in the event or product.
5.3 Dress codes are also maintained for certain CFC events. Generally, details of any applicable dress code will be
included on tickets and/or detailed event information provided to the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
that their guests meet the applicable dress code and CFC reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not
adhere to the dress code.
